Demetrious Johnson retained his UFC Flyweight Championship with a dominant performance in Seattle on Saturday night, forcing John Moraga to submit to an armbar in the main event of the eighth edition of UFC on Fox.

Johnson took the unheralded and overmatched Moraga down at will throughout their five round fight, using his nearly unmatched speed and agility to outstrike and outgrapple the challenger. Finally, at 3:43 of the final round, Johnson secured an armbar victory.

The entertaining main event capped a Fox card that was short on star power and that will likely do the lowest rating of all of the UFC events that have aired on the network.

Rory MacDonald and Jake Ellenberger delivered a dull semi-main event, one that I would not be at all surprised to see that actually lost viewers, following a couple of good  fights to kick off the broadcast.
